During the final scene between Sojourner 1 and Mars-94, Danielle Poole orders the crew outside to clear the port side but they're actually standing on the starboard side.
Once Mars-94 starts to roll towards Sojourner 1, Danielle orders everyone to move to the starboard side towards the incoming danger instead of the port side.
Sojourner-1's solar sails are stated to provide constant acceleration. If this were the case, then the astronauts on board would not have experienced weightlessness while they were in use. They would have been pushed towards the rear of the craft.
In the opening scene of the episode, all three space ships are shown to be 244,000,000+ km to Mars orbit. They are shown with Helios in the lead, Sojourner and Mars-94 following. Around the 14-minute mark, all three are shown to be 266,000,000+ km from Mars orbit, about 22,000,000 km further away. The distance to Mars orbit should be decreasing throughout the episode, not increasing.
At the beginning of the episode the defected cosmonaut Rolan Efimovitch Baranov is having a live video communication with his family yet later into the episode Margo Madison confirms with Aleida Rosales that there is in fact a 5.5 minute delay between communications.
