This show, while yes, he does put together some beautiful weddings, is irritating. But, the brides have an idea for their wedding and what they've always dreamed of, and he completely changes it from what they wanted. This is a day that women spend their entire lives dreaming about, from the time they're little girls and he changes their idea, their dream and basically does his own thing. I mean dude, it's their wedding, not yours, it's their special day, not yours, it's their life changing moment, not yours. Personally if I were any of these women, I'd be super PO-ed at how much he changed my wedding from what I always dreamed of having.

Watched two episodes, that was enough

I saw two episodes. The first was the girl who wanted mermaids incorporated in the wedding. The couple had actually secretly gotten married already and made it clear they didn't want to tell anyone. DT decides they are living with a huge lie (instead of a special secret that was just for them) and pushes them into telling her father. That was extremely uncomfortable to watch because they had made it so clear they didn't want to do it.
In another episode, the couple each talked about how important their culture was to them. He was Samoan, she was Mexican. At the reception DT says something along the lines of "I feel bad, I just realized I don't have one Samoan thing at this reception, it's all Mexican." They asked the groom later how he felt about it and I course he said it was fine. What else are you going to say at your wedding with cameras on you??
The weddings I saw were actually beautiful. Everything is definitely decorated well. Oh wait, I saw the end of one episode where everything was red at the reception. Red walls, red tables, red floor, red dresses, red decorations. It was awful but I'm assuming the bride had stated she wanted it to look like that. None of the details stood out because they all just blended in to one haze of red.
I definitely won't continue watching this one.
