Cousteau and his crew in search of beaver in Canada.
This episode was a bit of a klunker...even though the beavers in the show were adorable. This is because with a series entitled "The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau" you would expect them to be under the sea...which they aren't. They aren't even in the water very much. Instead, he and a few of his crew head to Saskatchewan, Canada where they hang out with a couple orphaned beavers. They take the pair into a cabin and raise them during the harsh winter. In the meantime, they see some moose from a helicopter and visit a few other beavers in the wild. The bottom line is that the show isn't terrible but it's just not what you'd expect. Additionally, although the beavers are cute, the show itself is rather slow and uninteresting compared to most early episodes. In fact, I've seen better documentaries about beavers as well.
