The Fall harvest is here and the kids eagerly reap the abundant bounty of their local farms. They have the help of guest chef Deborah Gorman, an ex-line cook from Blue Hill and Stone Barns. The Kitchen Conspirators will create an orchard to table menu from local produce procured from a group field trip out to a local Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch in Long Island. This dinner will feature produce and flavor compositions inspired by the turn of this new and delicious season.
