Fan since Season 1 but......

This show is a muddled mess. Confusing and no likable contestants. I'm having a really hard time caring about any of these people. They all suck. I'm not sure if I'll stick with this or just give up and try next season.

Double standard racism

Warning: Spoilers
As two women of color we should stick together. Can you imagine if a white chick had said as two white women we should stick together. The outrage would have been through the roof. We don't need to hear such nonsense in this day and age. Shan and Richard suck as characters. Hopefully they won't be around much longer.

The Strategist or the Loyalist

Warning: Spoilers
Why is this episode rated so low? Just like the last episode, this one was so much better than the first few episodes. So much more gameplay, a good challenge, and Xander's idol finally got activated! One of my least favorite parts of the season was Xander not being able to vote for as long as he did. It definitely would have ruined his game and got him voted out if his tribe needed to go to tribal. I am glad all idols are in play now, it is about time. One of the main reasons I liked this episode was because the tribal council felt like a classic final three tribal from an older season. Ua, the tribe of three lost the immunity challenge and had to go vote another player off. Now for a little bit, we get to see Shan and Ricard in a tribe of two for the first time since Stephenie and Bobby Jon in Season 10, Survivor: Palau. It won't however last very long because it looks like there will be a merge in the next episode.

With the merge coming up, I hope this season can finally take another step up and become even better. So far each episode has gotten slightly better, but I have high hopes for he next one. I can't wait!

Garbage - make an all white season, and an all black season then we wouldn't have alliances based on race.

Big Brother did that for the most recent season and it was pure garbage trash.

Better editing
grlym-4684923 October 2021
So this episode was better because the editing showed a better coverage of each tribe.

So far this season has felt like a villain season. So many players have displayed a turn to dishonesty or ruthlessly mean so quickly...

Like the person to run around claiming everyone is not trustworthy is the person who is actually the least trustworthy....which is the pastor. And she sides with Ricard who is bubbly in public, but vicious in private

BUT this episode finally showed more of the true good people. People I want to root for. I know how we see people in this show is a matter of editing team picking the footage they want to make drama. But this episode had some positive people moments. And had more if the spirit of years past.
