Like taking a walk down the lane of psychological problems

First of all, I can't even believe I'm watching this, I'm about to stop, because it's so bad and so unbelievable. I can't believe Netflix put something like this out. Perhaps they're doing it to appeal to the 14 to 21-year-olds, but I certainly don't understand what all the "hype" is about.
There is not one single person in this "house" who has any talent whatsoever to merit any type of money they're receiving. This really shines the light on how sad America has become. Is this really the type of entertainment that our young people are watching? If so, this is the saddest part of all, that they even have an audience.
I'm trying to even understand why any of them are famous in any way, shape or form, other than making some short, silly videos. I think what they really need is a dose of reality, which believe me, they will soon get, because this fantasy cannot live for much longer, so I hope they enjoy their pseudo-fame as long as possible.
All they do is sit around and talk about money and how to create the next 30 second video, they argue with each other. It's a complete boring drama fest. I think these people lack integrity, honesty, talent, and above all ingenuity.
But, alas, there is clearly some type of bizarre audience for this type of thing.
Life is too short people, don't waste any time watching this, there's so much better programming from Netflix or any other company. Netflix please keep trying harder for a better content. This is going to be about as popular as Sarah Silverman and Seth Rogen's Christmas special.
Move on kids and get a real, more meaningful life.

Wow. I've watched many shows over the years and this, by a very large margin, is the worst thing I've ever seen. In fact, I thought this was some type of joke or performance art piece.
Yet, these 'influencers' aren't even self aware enough to see how utterly ridiculous they are.
After their target demographic reaches the age of 13 and moves onto other things, this sad lot will be grasping to find any notoriety.
Neflix obviously has way to much money if they could invest in this complete train wreck.

Why netflix
jullyn-0269011 January 2022
It is very boring and just a bunch of white rich kids complaining about having privilege and all their faces are annoying. It was hard watching all of it and I'm sorry but I couldn't stand Nikita why is she hanging out with kids? She's a whole adult???
Definitive Proof that we're doomed as a species

Extremely disengaging, poor content

I'm not even here to bash on influencers. That these teenagers make millions without having any talent or intelligence can and should make for a good cringe tv, which is what I was expecting of this show.
Alternatively, it could have gone in the direction of showing who these people really are but it doesn't put enough emphasis on their backstories so it's disengaging.
Instead, it's just a bunch of bits and confessionals by too many characters which I could care very little for, little drama that never really picks up, same conversations of "we don't make enough content" etc. It's boring! What was the point of this show?

What is there to say apart from 'why'. Its rare when you watch something you can see money being burnt in front of your very eyes. Netflix has made a misfire and a half with this one. Its a complete waste of everything. Avoid.

So everyone saying it's trash it's not if you like reality tv then watch it if you don't like reality tv the DON'T watch it's as simple as that. I love drama so it's really good and I recommend it to people that like watching things like keeping up with the Kardashians if you think that's bad then this isn't for you.
Brain off

I had 0 expectations getting into this. I think that is what you really need to do before watching this. It's a typical celebrity show with the annoying people in it and the even more annoying people. People giving it an 1 definitely had the wrong expectations. It's indeed bad, very bad, but that's what makes it ''good''.
It has drama in it. A LOT of drama, actually. The series reflects the quote ''Money doesn't buy happiness'' from start to finish. They all have beef with each other 24/7. They are looking like the all gone have a mental break during the interviews in between. Furthermore, they have plenty of money, a big mansion, friends yet the not happy with it. It just shows that being a ''TikTokker'' or even an influencer in general is hard. They are constantly scared to have fewer viewers as before and losing fame. They are under pressure to preform or even preform better as the day before to not lose audience, but instead gaining. If they wanted to capture with this series that it's mentally harder as we think, they would have done a perfect job. But I'm scared that's not the case.
The most disappointing thing in my eyes is that they started filming this series during the downfall of the Hype House. I'm a TikTok user and familiar with the people on it like, Charlie D'Amelio, Noah, Addison Rae. They all were in the Hype House, but during the series they all already left. This leaves the series with famous influencers that I never heard of before. You do get to know them better during the series tho (if that's positive or not...). The people left in the Hype House that you probably will know are, Alex Warren, Chase Hudson (Lil Huddy) and for the girl's Vinnie. They are in it, as I said, but don't want to be in it. They show it in every possible way. For example, Lil Huddy is still in, but lives in a mansion on his own.
I stated that you get to know the persons in the Hype House during the series, but not only that you get to know 2 even more annoying persons that are NOT even in the Hype House. Nikita Dragun and Larray. They keep stealing the show even though they are not part of the program.
I can laugh about stupid and weird stuff, but Nikita Dragun is just on a whole other level of annoying and not funny.

If there was ever a group of people who deserved to be in a Slasher movie this is then! My god, what a terrible group of people, who don't deserve to be famous whatsoever. This is a none program, with no plot or stakes!
Social medias trashiest and most untalented wannabe "celebrities" unite.

Who watches this and actually enjoys it? It was definitely made for drugged up, vapid space cadets. Its like a science project of putting the worst humans on a program to showcase how trashed the human race is becoming. Puts into perspective as to why social media influencers need to fade to black, they're a s h i t stain to society.

It feels like a badly made Youtube video. No story, no good acting (obviously), the stories of these influencers are very pathetic and it is quite hard to relate to them.
I am actually surprised and disappointed Netflix funded this.

Hear me out. This show is genius. What an individual needs to understand when watching this show is that you don't have to be so judgmental and dramatic, coming from a "deluded millennial" @theraputicsuicide. Since I am not a 35-year-old man watching teen social media stars beef it out and then leave a poor rating because of the lack of underage girls and the presence of a trans woman and gay man, I would like to provide an opinion. This show shows incredibly unique insight on what it means to be famous and the, for lack of better phrase, complete lack of brain cells it takes to be a successful figure on social media. Watching this show, I nervously laughed and physically cringed at almost every moment during. But did I watch it all in one night? I absolutely did. It reinforced the fact that I do not want to be famous in any shape or form. If I had to put up with those people every day, I would certainly be imprisoned in less than a week. However, I would absolutely watch and support a season two. This show allows you to see incredibly popular kids with no financial education spend money they don't have, do backflips on TikTok, get bang energy sponsorships, and be some of the dumbest individuals on the earth. Except for when Ryland crushed a bottle of 1942 and watched Ratatouille in his trailer while that one annoying girl and the dude cried about not making content on their vacation. That was cool.
If I could rate this lower I would

Absolute mind numbing trash, the occupants all lack self awareness and barely have enough brain cells collectively to rub together. Don't waste your time.
I feel we're well on our way to total idiocracy with drivel like this being put out and people like this acting as "role models" to their young impressionable audience. Influencers such as these are comparable to cancer on modern society, if only they could be as "easily" removed.
Shame on Netflix and shame on the subjects of this trash.

"Let's put some rich white kid popular on the new gen z app Tiktok in a scripted reality show, it'll be great". No worst idea ever, don't watch this show very cringy anda big waste of time. Sad that mean new seasons of shows were delayed and good movies were removed for this junk.
This is Gen Z garbage

Evidence of how deluded some Millenials are.

Wow, look at all these "famous" people I've never heard of. I'm often on IG following like 500+ and never heard of a single one of them, and they all kinda look like losers I wouldn't follow anyway. Bunch of trashy millennials trapping themselves in a delusion of their own making by accumulating fake followers to replace all the people that don't care about them - oooooh, they figured out how to get money and attention from internet, whoopie, all that proves is how many suckers there are in the world, and how many people are essentially robots anyway. Why am I even rating this product of human waste?...
