  • Obsessed with Tom Six's cult horror movie The Human Centipede, middle-aged, overweight, asthmatic underground parking garage attendant Martin Lomax (Laurence R. Harvey) attempts to replicate Dr Heiter's (Dieter Laser) creation of a three-person centipede and collects victims for a 12-person centipede. Edit

  • Human Centipede 2 is the second movie in director Tom Six's Human Centipede trilogy, preceded by The Human Centipede (First Sequence) (2009) (2009) and followed by The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) (2015) (2015). Six wrote the screenplays for all three movies. Edit

  • Since October 29th, 2011, (being released before the UK version, even though the conditions of censorship were announced later) a video-on-demand version (for example on Amazon Video) of the movie has been available. This version includes four cuts that cut out roughly three minutes of the movie. Unlike the UK version, the US version exclusively misses out on scenes with sexual content. On Amazon Video, it is listed as R-rated. However, since there's no special MPAA entry for it, it's highly doubtable that this is the accurate rating. It's rather likely that this version is based on the unrated US theatrical release. So far the uncensored version can be bought only directly from Bountyfilms. Edit

  • In June 2011, the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) rejected to rate the uncensored version of the movie, thus making it impossible to release it in the UK. However, the studio refuted the decision, and, in October, there were conditionally pleasant news that the BBFC rated a censored version of the movie with the highest possible rating, 18. Since November 21st, 2011, this version could be purchased on both DVD and Blu-ray Disc. The 30 cuts resulted in about 2.5 minutes of missing footage. Edit

  • After raping the woman of the end of the centipede, Martin is surprised to see the pregnant woman whom he thought was dead, suddenly jump up, run outside, and barricade herself in a car where she gives birth. Unable to stop her before she drives away, Martin returns to the warehouse and discovers that his centipede has broken in half because the victim in the middle of the chain has ripped his mouth free. Angered, Martin begins shooting his victims until his gun runs out of bullets, so he finishes the job by cutting their throats. Miss Yennie (Ashlynn Yennie), the woman at the head of the chain, grabs the feeding funnel, shoves it up Martin's ass, and sticks his pet centipede inside, which promptly crawls into his bowels. Screaming, Martin kills her with a knife. The final scene reverts to Martin's office in the parking garage, where he is shown watching the credits from The Human Centipede on his laptop while a baby's cries are heard coming from the garage. Edit

The FAQ items below may give away important plot points.

  • Most likely he would have been apprehended and sentenced to life imprisonment. Edit

  • Not necessarily, earlier in the film it was established that Martin had PTSD from the sexual abuse his father inflicted on him and often had thoughts of himself crying as his father molested him. The crying we here at the end could be in his head as it was earlier in the film and not the child Martin left in the car when he kidnapped the baby's parents.

Although none of this matters as the sequel establishes the events of Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) were a movie and didn't actually occur within that universe. Edit
