Plot

The story takes place in a small village in northern Slovakia. It presents the preparations for the anniversary birthday party of the main character, 99-year-old Valika Mat'ugova, assisted by her son Martin with his wife and their daughter. But things get complicated when Martin loses her job at a local bakery and his wife's wages are insufficient to cover the bills. After all, will the great celebration take place as previously planned?—G
