- Quotes
Ben Stone: I'm here before you today, not as a passenger, but a person. A father, a brother, a son, a human who wants what every human on this planet wants, to be free. Free to have a life of our own choosing. But you've caged us in this... this chicken coop for no reason. I don't know why the river turned red, but I know it wasn't our fault. So I'm asking you, please. I'm begging you, let us fly this chicken coop and return home to our friends, our loved ones, our families. Return to our mission, not to divide the world, but to heal it.
This episode was so bad, the dialogue was atrocious,Ben was back to being mr hero, taking control whilst having no clue about anything, ignoring peoples advice then being apologetic, these characters just repeat the same stupid cycles over and over, Gerard being a mug, Michaela going from being a mournful wife to snogging the ex in front of the friend he is seeing after she asks for yet more help, the stones are utter scumbags. Then we have the dad who has a catastrophic stroke, yet can leave hospital in a spell of less than 6 hours to go on a long car journey.
Then there Egan, they do an angle where his character changes, yet throw all that away for him to go back to being a selfish imbecile. Then Ben costs Saanvi her job, then shouts infront of the boss how he's going to speak to Vance (the boss's) underling to fix it. There's so much terrible writing here.
Then there's that geriatric woman in charge, who cast her? She's atrocious. She looks and sounds so poor in her role. This second half undid the good will of the first. Back to saying life boat 500 times an episode. Everything was terrible here!
The laziest writing. I'll watch till the end, but I've lost any optimism. Between seeing the awful acting by burnt blue hand girl, the nonsense writing and insanely put together episode. This was terrible.
