Such a great show that deserved a longer run than it got. It's not flashy and doesn't have much of a hook to it but it a great comedy/drama about people at the middle of their lives dealing with everyday stuff. This show is so relatable, more than any show I've ever seen. I never cared for Ray Romano until I saw his range on here. This episode in particular is so good. A very overlooked gem.

Not sure I love Raymond anymore.

It's extremely admirable that Ray Romano isn't resting on his laurels after his 9 year run on 'Everybody Loves Raymond' surely means he never had to work again, but after watching a few episodes of this show you realise it isn't great.
It doesn't know whether it wants to be laugh out loud funny, or something quite dark, so hedges its bets and ends up being neither one convincingly.
Personally I'd much rather remember Romano as a skilled sitcom performer rather than for being on this show.
