The writer/director/producer Daniel Rios was 16 years of age upon the making of this film. Much of the scenes were thought up his freshmen year of high school.
Filmed with only one average Panasonic camera.
Much of the footage was lost and had to be re-filmed.
Controversy surrounding the premiere of this film forced the writer/director to destroy the film and any video files connected with it. There are rumors of a single copy of the rough cut and copies of the original footage existing in a safety deposit box in New York City, NY.
Many scenes were filmed on location where bystanders were confused about the action taking place. On one occasion, a van doubled back to make sure that the person laying in the pool of blood was "OK".
