- Dr. Lightman is giving a lecture about lie to a group of children with their teacher Miss Angela in his office when FBI ASAC Bill Steele comes to his building to ask for his services. Soon the learns that the farmer Harold Clark, who lost his family farm to the bank, is parked in front of the Treasury Department building a few blocks far from The Lightman Group demanding to speak with the president. He drove his tractor pulling a container where he claims there is a bomb to Washington D.C. and says that there is a detonator on his seat. If he leaves the tractor or dies, the bomb will blow up. Cal assigns Loker to take care of the children with Miss Angela and asks Torres, who is not in the office, to visit Harold's wife to know whether he is bluffing or not. - A man drives a tractor in front of a building. A sign drops from the top of the trailer the tractor is pulling. It says "My Name is Harold Clark and I want to talk to the president." Cal leads a group of children around the Lightman building. The teacher is talking to Loker. Loker asks her how she convinced Lightman to do this. She replies that Lightman's daughter convinced him since she tutors some of the children. Lightman tells the children that he can tell when they are lying. He then asks them what happened to Clive the turtle. He gets interrupted by Agent Reynolds. Reynolds shows him a video of the man in the tractor. Lightman asks if there is any chance that its a peaceful protest. Reynolds plays him a recording of a threat saying it holds a bomb.
