- The whole movie is about girls who are forced into prostitution.
- No female nudity at all, only male nudity is shown.
- There are two scenes of sexual violence in which a woman, who has been tied to a bed and stupefied with heroin, is assaulted by two different men, there is no sign of female nudity.
Violence & Gore

- This film is very gory and the scenes depicted are very violent.
- In one scene a young woman's throat is cut, resulting in blood pouring from the gaping wound and from her mouth.
- In another scene a naked man is repeatedly stabbed during a struggle, including through his hand and through his mouth, the scene is very distrubing and very bloody and the camera shows the knife coming through his cheek.
- There are two scenes of sexual violence in which a woman, who has been tied to a bed and stupefied with heroin, is assaulted by two different men.
- A girl is sexually assaulted and choked.
- A man shoots a woman in the head. Blood splatters all over the wall.
- A man shoots a woman 3 times in the chest.
- A man gets smashed in the face by a brick and then falls onto his back.
- During an altercation in a home, an attack ensues between a young girl and an older woman, the older woman gets her head caved in with a pig ornament.
- A man gets shots and as the camera pans back to him, we see he has been shot in the face. He then continues to get shot in the face and the camera does NOT pan away, another very graphic scene.
- Numerous people are shot throughout the movie.

- There is some use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as some moderate and mild bad language, including 'bitch' and 'hell'.

- There are many scenes of a young girl injecting other women with heroin. The entire process of preparing the heroin is shown.
- Cigarette smoking and drinking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Throughout the movie, there are incredibly perilous situations depicting clearly innocent people suffering.
- The whole movie is pretty intense for one reason or another.
- The violence against the girls as well as the violence inflicted on everyone in the movie absolutely can be frightening at times.
- There is a scene nearing the end where the commander chases the girl in an extremely confined space only to realize he is stuck. (Might be disturbing to claustrophobic viewers)

- One of the rape scenes results in a woman being murdered.
Violence & Gore
- The main characters job includes cleaning up the aftermath of the sexual assaults within the brothel. On one occasion this include horrific details like bleeding and broken pelvises.
