A Plague on our Children brings up such incidents big at the time, such as the Love Canal disaster that had a whole suburb condemned. Society has fallen for the green movement, hating pollution and embracing the hippie lifestyle so that free speech if you like pollution only gets you turned into a laughingstock for enviros everywhere. Thus, I will not go into the fact that I love polluting things on purpose, it's easier and less risky to just stick with the film itself.
The soundtrack was interesting, the film quality pretty good, but the title is very misleading. There is no apocalypse, no kids dropping dead in an epidemic, this is a very one-sided film.
