In the beginning of the movie while Jim (Austin) and partner Lee (Roberts) are approaching the apparently abandoned mobile home in stealth Border Patrol fashion it begins to rain. Cut away, no rain. Cut back, rain. Cut away again, no rain.
Banks (Gil Bellows) pistol whips Kim Rhodes (Marie Avgeropoulos) in the right side of her face and knocks her out. When she comes too there is not one mark on her face. The only mark is on the left side from a hit earlier.
During the opening scene the magazine in Davis' shotgun disappears as he is climbing the small hill then re-appears as he passes Rhodes next to the shack seconds later
When Steve Austin notices the bag he strung up in the trees is still there you can see that it looks packed full. The next scene when he puts the same bag on the ground it is loose and only has a few things in it.
The Border Patrol does not allow for beards, the Border Patrol trucks are white with a green stripe not silver and the uniform is completely wrong.
In the beginning of the movie the Border Patrol's SUV lettering is mirrored or backwards. This is in fact not a "goof." Many emergency vehicles have reversed, or "mirrored" lettering on the hood of the vehicle so that is is readable in another car's rear-view mirror. This is most commonly seen on ambulances, but can be seen on law enforcement vehicles as well.
When Lawson (Michael Hogan) is found dying before he is shot he says the money is gone, while sitting on top of a cliff with water at the bottom. After Lawson is shot Kim Rhodes (Marie Avgeropoulos) says "Lets go to the end of the river and see if it's there." Assuming it was thrown in the river. When the bag in retrieved you can clearly see that the bag is dry.
When Jim unwinds the cord composed of his watchband it should have been about 3 feet long. Not enough to repel down a cliff.
While Jim is climbing up the side of the cliff after having recovered "the loot", he ascends even though his feet were not touching the rocks. That indicates that he was being winched up.
When Rhodes does a wheelie on the ATV, a rig is visible attached to the rear of the ATV allowing it to do a wheelie.
Near the end when Rhodes is sliding down the rock face it is smooth, after he lands the rock is jagged behind him, in the next shot the face is smooth again and when he starts to climb in the next shot it is jagged again.
Near the end when Banks takes the flare gun he doesn't take any extra flares however he eventually manages to shoot the gun twice without reloading it at all and Rhodes shoots it for a third time at the end still with no extra ammo or being reloaded.
