Srikanth and Raasi stay next door to Naveen and Laya . Their spouses dont know that Rasi and Naveen were ex lovers but were tricked into marrying by their parents who approved of their love . they continue meeting each other and decide to elope and marry. they reach Goa . They lie to their spouses saying some job work or marriage excuse . In Goa they meet Prakash Raj with his girl friend who have eloped themselves. what follows is a series of incidents which make them realise their mistake . Predictably the girls are made to feel more guilty than the boys saying the society wont honour or respect them if they elope like this . No blame is shown on Naveen or Prakash Raj. Rasi decides to call it quits and returns back home, Naveen follows . Though Srikanth is aware of this he blamelessly accepts Rasi back . Laya is shown as an innocent village belle . Srikanth has homely domestic looks who tolerates and understands his petulant wife . Rasi acts very well as someone torn between her duties and her lover . OVer all a fine movie shot in a fine residence area . The story is relavent even today .
