The crew/actors are all out after a charter having a good time. Drinking a little too much as usual and really what they're being paid to more than being paid to work on the yacht. For this group this time there's actually not too much drama, especially compared to most other groups of actors hired for the show.
Still, a good time is being had by all. Rayna and Heather especially are partying together and having a surprisingly good time. Nothing major happens until they get back to the boat. At that point one of the on scene producers of the show apparently looks back on the night's video and sees where Rayna jokingly referred to Heather as the "N" word coming out of a bathroom and she said it back (with Rayna squealing with drunken laughter) and now the producer has decided this should be hugely offensive to Rayna because it'll make a great, politically correct, story line for a few episodes and even drag Wes in.
All in all it turns out to be a very obviously pathetic idea that's handled ham handed and weak, with really fake reactions by all. It's obvious that Rayna was forced into being "offended" and everyone else had to play along for the script and it came across really cheap with terrible acting all around. Shame.
Hire better people. Actors and producers. Really. Stop this cheap garbage.
