Religion is more powerful than reason
ersbel8 December 2015
Kevin here is set to prove religion is more powerful than reason. Or that reason has no place in a religious mind.

He does not understand a word the people around are speaking. He is on a human safari, taking pictures of the people-beasts. The conditions are terrible. Yet for Kevin people are happy because. Because they smile. Of course. He admits he is lost and can't find a way around the place, but he is able to imagine the crime levels around the same way he can smartly evaluate the happiness.

At one point I said good bye to the story. Part of the Mumbay's sanitation is going under the improvised city. Some unknown substances radiating from a bigger city where there are no safety regulations are oozing in the water people use for drinking. The camera goes through a dark hall and the man operating it is warned to be careful not to slip on the blood. And yes, there are pools of a liquid that looks like blood. In the hot Indian day. Next door there is a bakery. Somebody is sleeping in a corner. The owner gives Kevin some pastry to taste. Enough for Kevin to start his preaching: back home there are so many rules and regulations and people in white garments and they make tasteless food. Right. The lack of safety regulations is a loss in taste.
