I think Derek is an as*hole. These episodes are all about the choosing between a career or a personal life. We saw everyone is choosing the career. In this awful world it is better to have one rather than being with your love one and are jobless, or in a job that you spent 10 to 12 hours a day doing something you don't like and/or with people you detest. I get it. But Derek was Richard's friend. I don't think you can go over that to be what? someone that spent half the time not doing surgeries? Well, it's his choice. And I think it is not a good one because he's married with a resident. I don't know why that fact isn't touched. Residents sleeping with attendings. Sex in the on call room.. wtf?? I miss the first season. I'm watching in a marathon and so much changed... There is no chemistry... And I started hating Meredith since almost season 3... And now she's disappearing (probably 'cause she had a baby IRL) Her drama annoyed me so much. Great choice Christina Yang!. I love the worlds Miranda said to Richard. She always speaks so true, concrete and strict. McDreamy eyes are McFony for me. Reeks of trechery all over.

This Episode begins with Derek, it is his first day as interim chief of surgery at the Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital. Derek gives a speech to his staff. Derek thinks that Richard needs to go in rehab, after that he can be back as chief of surgery. Leslie gets a panic attack when Bailey visits her. It wasn't Bailey her fault that Leslie woke up during the surgery. Meredith will perform Leslie her surgery. Brad is in danger, he loses a lot of blood. Richard tells Bailey that he is an alcoholic. Alex saved Brad his life. Derek gives Megan and April their job back. Richard chose to do the rehab program. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 6, really great to see Derek his new role as chief of surgery. Looking forward to this new era!
