- The queens split off into teams to film a country-fried commercial directed by Kathy Najimy who's joined on the panel by guest judge country music legend Tanya Tucker.
- Episode three sees the girls enter the work room to a long table. They deduce that they have to eat something but they have no idea what's really in store for them. RuPaul enters the room and delivers the mini challenge game. "Chicken or What?" is a blind taste test where the girls must guess if what they've eaten is chicken or another fried food. The three queens with most correct guesses are Morgan (Thomas White], Mystique (Donté Sims] and Pandora (Michael Steck). To beat the tie breaker, the three girls must race to finish the baskets of fried alligator, rabbit, chicken and cow brain the fastest. Mystique and Morgan win and are chosen as team leaders for the maxi challenge.
The maxi challenge tasks the queens with filming and acting in a commercial for Disco Extra Greasy Shortening. Mystique's team create adverts for fish fillets and Morgan's have fried chicken. Each team is assigned their roles by the captains and begin learning and rehearsing their parts. However, RuPaul reveals a twist: the queens need to swap their parts and change up their performances.
During their commercial performances, guest judge Kathy Najimy serves as co-director and gives advice and coaching. Her critiquing is particularly severe with Mystique's team, who go first. She points out that Mystique has difficulty taking direction and Jessica (José David Sierra)'s accent can make the lines difficult to understand. During Morgan's team's performance, Kathy mentions that Raven (David Petruschin) isn't funny in her role as a chicken.
The runway challenge this week is to walk in their best country-inspired outfits. Joining the regular panel is special guest judges, Tanya Tucker and Kathy Najimy. RuPaul informs the girls that they will be judged as individuals despite the maxi challenge being done in groups. Jessica gains high praise for her gorgeous runway outfit as well as an energetic commercial performance. Tyra (James William Ross IV) is named the winner of the challenge and gets immunity from elimination next week as well as a collection of designer handbags from M. Clifford Designs. Pandora receives lukewarm critiques as her commercial was good but her runway outfit was poor. Raven and Mystique land in the bottom two and have to Lip Sync for Your Life.
The girls perform to Wynonna Judd's "I Hear You Knockin'". Raven is chosen as the winner and Mystique sashays away from the competition.
