- The jury in the murder trial of Bianca Price goes over the evidence presented and try to make sense of the conflicting and incomplete information they have been given. The trial is presented in flashbacks. Bianca is accused of killing her college roommate after she engaged in a threesome with a mutual friend. She maintains her innocence but the prosecution argue that the presence of gunshot residue on her hands proves her guilt. Will and Alicia argue that the evidence was accidentally transfered when she touched the victim. They hire Kurt McVeigh as their expert witness but his relationship with Diane Lockhart proves to be a stumbling point. In the end, it's left up to Bianca to accept a plea bargain and 10 years in prison or take the risk of a first degree murder conviction and a 45 year sentence.—garykmcd
