He also has a major in X-Ray Crystallography. Gale impresses Walter with his work in brewing the best coffee he has ever tasted. Gale and Walter get to work in producing the first batch of Meth for Gus. Gale starts bonding with Walter after work and tries to learn as much as he can about the intricacies of the manufacturing process. Jesse is angry with Walter and teams with Skinny (Charles Baker) and Badger (Matt L. Jones) in the old RV. Jesse asks Badger to see his cousin and get the RV tuned up and Skinny is in charge of supplies for the cook. Jesse has decided to use the RV for regular cooks in the desert.
Walt, Jr. wants answers about his parents' relationship. Walter and Skyler decide to have a conversation with Walter Jr about their impending divorce. Skyler also doesn't want Walter to support her or Walter Jr. with his drug money as that would make them accessories after the fact.
Walt realizes that Hank has discovered that Jesse has hidden the R.V. and is waiting for him to make the next move. Hank has been keeping vigil outside Jesse's home to find the RV by following Jesse but is getting heat from Marie to return home. So, to expedite the investigation Hank asks Walter if Jesse owned an RV, since Jesse used to deal pot to Walter back when Walter was diagnosed with cancer. That's what Walter told Skyler who told Hank. Hank tells Walter that he suspects Jesse of having graduated from selling pot to selling crystal Meth.
First Walter calls Saul as he thinks Jesse's house is under monitoring and his phones may also be tapped, but Saul refuses to help. So, Walter drives to the location where RV is being repaired by Badger & his cousin & takes it to a salvage yard. Badger calls Jesse and tells him that Walter want to destroy the RV. Jesse drives to meet Walter and is followed by Hank; Hank finds the R.V. with both Walt and Jesse locked inside. Jesse is fighting with Walter as he believes Walter is trying to sabotage his operation. He only believes Walter when Hank shows up and starts snooping around the RV.
The owner of the salvage yard insists that Hank produce a warrant to search the RV. Turns out the owner of the yard has a good knowledge of the law and argues that the RV is a domicile residence and hence Hank needs a probably cause or a warrant to the enter the residence. Hank decides to sit there till his colleagues get the warrant.
The two "cooks" avoid being discovered and manage to draw Hank away with the assistance of Saul Goodman, who has his secretary call Hank, claiming that Marie has had an accident.
As Hank realizes the ruse, Walt and Jesse have the R.V. crushed to destroy the evidence.
Gus, realizing that Tuco's two cousins definitely want to kill Walt. The 2 cousins come to Gus's store on a daily basis and just sit there for the whole day, without saying a single word to anyone.
