Saul tells Jesse that from now on Jesse has a "get out of jail free card" since the DEA will not want his broken face to be plastered all over the new media as an example of Federal brutality. Walt notes that they would be in jail if they hadn't tricked Hank, after Jesse blames him for his predicament. Jesse also vows that he will make Hank's life miserable, and, despite Saul's objections, threatens to hand Walt to the D.E.A. if he or Saul intervenes. Jesse promises to sue Hank for assault and vows that he will make his clean toilets in Tijuana to pay him every cent that he is owed. Jesse also declares his intentions to buy a new RV and start cooking again.
Privately, Saul tells Walter that there will be a time to discuss "options" if Jesse doesn't fall in line.
