Spoiled Brat
billconnor60723 June 2014
Warning: Spoilers
The person who runs this place (Cece) is a nasty, spoiled brat, lashes out at any criticism, and pouts and cries (without tears, may I add) like a small child whenever she doesn't get her way. Ramsey should've just walked out and let her sink. I always root for the restaurant owner to triumph in the end, however success is too good for this lady. Hardheadedly keeps saying how great the food is, must not see all the customers who send food back or just give up and leave. Borrowed $300,000 from her father to open this place, seems like she doesn't care if he ever sees his money back.

PS. Doing some research, it seems as if this place is now closed. Former employees stated that when Chef Ramsey left, she went back to the old menu and her old belligerent ways. This is one lady who has earned failure.

She since has opened up a new restaurant. Guess she'll blow another $300,000 of someone else's money, what the hell. Read 50+ reviews trying to find a good one to write about here. ALL reviews were negative.

Arrogance In The Kitchen
mmoon-2376311 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Gordon Ramsay has to deal with an extremely arrogant chef/owner. She is self taught, which is fine by the way, Gordon has run into other self taught chefs who did fine. The thing that doesn't make sense, is that she will not listen to his advice. He is not some guy just coming off the street, he is a world renowned chef, so I would say that he knows what he is talking about!

It's kind of funny that she is surprised that he is harsh. If she knew anything about him, she would know that is how he works. Not to mention, the before mentioned statement, that he knows what he is talking about.

Seemed to me like he was a lot nicer to CeCe than many of the other chefs he has dealt with in his shows. He still didn't hold back with what needed to be said, but he is a lot more gentle about it than he usually is.
