The next time someone does something you don't like, before you lash out at them, consider, haven't you done the same thing to someone else. Of course. Probably many times. Did you punish yourself for your transgressions? Probably not. So give the person who wronged you the benefit of the doubt just as you did yourself and "let it go" .
