This was the UWF's final event. Of the 11 matches, 8 were for titles. The only matches where titles were not involved were Bob Orton Jr. vs. the Finnish Hellraiser Thor, Samson vs. the Irish Assassin, and the Cactus Jack-Jimmy Snuka lumberjack match. All of the titles were effectively vacated after the show except for the UWF Women's Title. Miss Texas (Jacqueline Moore) defeated Candi Devine for the Title at the USWA's (United States Wrestling Association) December 5, 1994 show in Memphis. Of the non-title matches, only the Samson-Irish Assassin match had a proper ending, as Orton vs. Thor ended in a double-disqualification, and Cactus-Snuka ended in a double-countout (see below).
The Cactus Jack vs. Jimmy Snuka lumberjack match went to a double count-out, which is exactly what that kind of match is intended to prevent. In Mick Foley's first autobiography "Have A Nice Day: A Tale of Blood and Sweatsocks," he wrote that UWF promoter Herb Abrams didn't want him to lose, and that there was "no way I was going to let Jimmy lie down for me." When the lumberjacks said that they can't go to a double count-out, Cactus told them, "We can do whatever we want. It's Herb's show."
Danny Spivey defeated Johnny Ace for the vacant UWF Americas Title. Jack Armstrong defeated Mando Guerrero for the vacant UWF Junior Heavyweight Title. Sunny Beach defeated Dr. Feelgood by DQ for the vacant UWF Sportschannel Television Title. Little Tokyo defeated Karate Kid for the UWF World Midget Title. Tyler Mane defeated Steve Ray for the vacant UWF MGM Grand Title. Candi Devine defeated Tina Moretti for the UWF World Women's Title. The Killer Bees (B. Brian Blair and Jim Brunzell) defeated the New Powers of Pain (The Warlord and Power Warrior) for the vacant UWF World Tag Team Titles.
