Cardiacs have been left in a shed in Wiltshire for days to rehearse for their upcoming Garage Concerts by their mysterious and questionably benevolent label, The Alphabet Business Concern. Tracks are interspersed with clips from an interview for each of the band members and the squabbles of four men growing impatient at being forced to play compositions from "when they were little babies", with their sanity seemingly a secondary concern to the rehearsal of the songs.
