I love how Ramsey doesn't spare people

The show was filmed in 2008.
This restaurant was doomed the day the three owners signed the contract to buy the building. David is a know-it-all who cannot accept criticism; and apparently reverted back to the old menu, after Ramsey left.
I would love to see Ramsey just turn his back and not help those like David, that are ungrateful. David was telling Ramsey that Canadian and Maine lobsters are the same.
They are the same species, but Maine lobsters taste sweeter and are more expensive, because the US government limits the amount caught each year. Whereas the Canadian government doesn't have a catch limit, their lobsters are caught in colder Canadian waters and are cheaper. The Black Pearl advertised their lobsters as Maine and charged the higher prices, but the lobster itself was Canadian.
Aa for what happened after Ramsey's help, the restaurant closed four days after the episode aired in September 2008..
