Another scene, using the injection method, shows a sonogram display of the child within the womb, the child's heartbeat is heard and the needle used is shown going into its heart.

- The music is incredibly intense at times, presented as more of a horror film than a documentary. This music is used when showing the main character squatting over the toilet, eventually expelling her aborted baby. This scene, as well as a scene where the woman is struggling down the hall while bleeding are very tense, suspenseful and difficult to watch.
