This Mitchell & Kenyon actuality from 1902 strays a bit from their usual haunts, over to Cork in Ireland. There's some activity, but not much, so this is far more a scenic movie than their usual crowds of people, all of whom wear hats and look at the camera. Instead, we get a vista of the pier, and the hills across the water.
It's a long pan, and roughly matches the pace of a man wearing a long, dark coat and a white hat. My source for the print indicates he's a showman and is directing the cameraman.
