You can tell it's a Mitchell & Kenyon short because everyone wears a hat except for the Bishop and the man standing by him, who holds his bowler in his hands. It's a series of group portraits of the ordinary people of the Irish town (population 20,188 in 2016).
Also, everyone looks at the camera, fascinated by it. One little girl calls someone's attention to the big contraption. Back in the firm's native Lancashire, a lot of people looked, but by this time, I guess, it was a matter of fact that the Electrical Edwardians were everywhere, filming local events.
Every one of them looks like a decent individual, rich and poor, going about their business and rather pleased to be photographed. Maybe they would see themselves at the movie house.
