Topical episode based on the Boy Scouts of America scandal

Warning: Spoilers
Those two lovable special agents, Ivan Ortiz (Miguel Gomez) and Hana Gibson (Keisha Castle-Hughes), won't have time to work their way around to being true blue roommates. That's because they, and the rest of their colleagues under the supervision of Supervisory Special Agent Jess LaCroix (Julian McHahon), have to track down local hunter Wally Turner (Nathan Wallace) who's been hunting humans as prey and living out Richard Connell's short story THE MOST DANGEROUS GAME. The twist is that Turner's two-legged prey are sexual predators and the ones who have aided and abetted them. Turner even chops their heads off! At the end of the episode, we find out that Turner had been a sexually molested Boy Scout. We also find out that Hana Gibson had been adopted and never found out about her birth mother--until now. And there you have it.

More gun misinfo?

OK, I am not quite sure how I want to rate this. The action was decent, and the pacing was good.

But telling the wounds of the first of the two victims in the steel plant by the "shells from a .38 revolver"? Revolvers don't eject their spent shells, and the guy who did the shooting was not shown as removing them from the gun. Same for the "hunter".

Where do these writers get these ideas?

Where from here!

It's been announced that Jess (McMahon) is leaving the series! Maybe they will replace him with someone who more resembles a real FBI agent.

I might like the series again if they do replace him with someone who's not an apologist for doing their job.

Hunting misinfo as well

Warning: Spoilers
"Just like a true hunter, always upwind from his prey." The exact opposite of where a true hunter wants to be. Why would you want your scent blowing directly to your prey. A true hunter will be downwind so that their scent is blowing away from their prey. But, this episode was still pretty good other than the minor "downwind" and the "38 shell" discrepancies.
