A man spent some years in a joint for having raped three girls. He has just been paroled, despite negative opinion made by Steel in the paroled board. Now his life seemed to be turned for the best, he found a woman (Julia Ford) who loved him despite his past. She was determined to live with him; a great risk, taking into account she had a teenage daughter. Just three months after his release, a rape occurred and detectives figured out it was made in the way used by the convicted rapist. Anyway this time the victim is suffocated to death, so it's murder, but it could be a copycat. Unfortunately, there aren't enough evidences other than the location (the perp grow up in the neighborhood that let him know well the building layout) and a witness not so reliable.
