- Needles' political leverage catches HQ off guard; Feinberg loses control; Damian saves a victim.
- The next morning, Tommy makes breakfast for Janet - and a really huge mess. The eggs aren't exactly fluffy and the bacon is extra crispy. The coffee can peel paint.
Tommy says last night was nice, but Janet doesn't want to dwell.
She assuming from last night and breakfast that they're starting over "happy happy, sunshine and roses."
He thought it was maybe the beginning of a "re-commitment thing." She says they can give it one more shot, but this is the last time and he can say good-bye but has to have zero contact with Sheila.
He agrees and says the same thing goes for her and Franco. She says he was pretty, that's it. But Sheila was emotional betrayal.

Needles and Feinberg go to headquarters to beg for the house. Feinberg realizes he forgot all the letters from the community.
They go to see Feinberg's old pal Dick, who tells them they closed a few trouble houses. He tells them it's done and they're not discussing it. Feinberg gives in and says OK.
Needles starts to lecture Dick. Feinberg tries to shut him up but Needles goes off about their off-the-clock save at the deaf school and the fact they've got footage of it. He suggests it'll make its way to the news, complete with the trucks showing up late.
Cut to the trucks pulling back into the open house.
In the kitchen, Sean triumphantly brings in the giant cooler of porn. Lou eats the leftovers from the fridge. Feinberg drops in, saying he never thought he'd see the place open again.
Damien says: "No thanks to you."
Feinberg starts to chew the little whippersnapper out when Franco points out they all heard what happened downtown.
Feinberg said he didn't have a chance to work the guy, play him with a little respect, but Needles went right to blackmail. Now they have no clout downtown.
The alarm goes off, Feinberg tells Sean to get rid of the porn cooler.
They pull up to an apartment building in flame. Feinberg tells them it's all redone inside.
They head in. Lou checks rooms with Damien, but has to pause for breath. A woman tells Damien her grandkid is inside the flaming apartment, and she needs Lou to carry her.
Inside the flaming apartment, Damien can't find the baby. The woman tells him she's in the dresser drawer. He goes back in and finally finds her in the bottom drawer, he comes out super fired up he just saved a baby. Lou and the grandma finally make it out.
Back at the house, Sean tells Mike he's been thinking about Pat and has a way to help him feel remembered. He got the names of all of Pat's saves and wants to take him around to see them.
Damien goes to Franco for advice for this third date with Penny. Franco Yoda-style schools him on how to make a play, using the story of saving the baby.
Sean and Mike take Pat to see an old man he saved. The man says he prays for Pat every day. The man says every day during 9-11 clean-up he went through the paper hoping he wouldn't find Pat's name.
Out on his date with Penny, Damien tries to follow Franco's advice on how to woo Penny. He's halfway through is speech, when she interrupts and asks him if he's telling her he wants to do her. Pretty much. "Why don't you tell me the rest of whatever else it is you rehearsed on the way back to my place?" she says, grabbing her coat.
Sean and Mike take Pat to the next save and learn the guy's father that the save is in prison for killing his lady and three kids. The father is bitter that his son was saved from the fire.
Later, in bed, Penny recaps that Damien only took about 12 seconds. After some hemming and hawing he confesses that was his first time. She explains what they're going to do differently next time, and then tells him next time is now. He has clearly hit the jackpot.
Visiting the next guy (Joseph Sirola), the old man remembers Pat saved him but his wife died. He's angry at Pat for saving him.
Back in bed, Penny reports that Damien lasted 16 entire seconds. He notes that's a 30 percent improvement. At this rate, he'll last a minute by Christmas, she says. "Yea, that'll be awesome," he agrees.
Tommy says good bye to Sheila at her place. "OK, you can go now," she tells him, not nearly as upset as he wants her to be.
So tells him she ended it a while ago when she realized all he ever did was disappoint her. She says he used her to ease his guilt and promised her their relationship would lead somewhere and used her kid to live out fantasies of his own then promised her she'd change Damien's mind and failed at that, too. He never took her anywhere, bought her anything or wondered what she might want.
"Oh yea, there's one more thing, the sex sucked," she tells him.
She tells him she's with Mickey and he's close to getting Damien to change his mind and is a fabulous kisser. Tommy asks if she'd feel anything if he kissed her. He does. She reports bacon.
He tries again. She slaps him. He throws her down on the couch and takes her dress off. With him on top of her, they agree this is the end of it.
"You gotta be s---'n me," someone says. It's Mickey. He walks out.
They both call him and leave messages trying to explain it's not what it looked like. Tommy's frantic, trying to keep him from telling Janet.
Sean and Mike apologize to Pat on the way to the next person. But Pat says you don't get to pick who you save.
Sean and Mike are discussing whether or not to stop for beer when they realize Pat's not talking. Mike looks for a pulse and doesn't find one.
Tommy comes home anxious and finds Colleen there and Janet cooking dinner. Tommy asks if anyone called, Janet says no. He thinks he's in the clear. Katie comes out for dinner with cousin Mickey beside her.
