This show is fantastically funny and highly entertaining It's had me laughing so hard water was coming out of my eyes. For those who think this guy is an idiot: at least he's able to build things, entertain, put his kids to work and live a fun, self sufficient life. This show is such a nice reprieve from the typical American, dumbed-down, politically correct idiocracy, cringe-worthy programming that's all too common these days. I'd rather watch this show than a bunch of loudmouth murricans with stupid looking tattoos and beards along with their off-putting drama and dumb comments.

The bad reviews for this show clearly don't understand that it's a comedy through and through. Like all reality tv shows some of the things that happen are probably scripted, but it's well done and funny. The narrator's sarcastic dry humor is great, and I love Alan's farm. He's clearly an animal lover. Great show!

What a wonderful show, something totally different for the car fan, no unrealistic budget's just friends & family mucking about having a laugh and making a bob, great selection of cars and laughs. The narrator does sound like a robot tho 😂

Love love love this show. This show is light hearted, fun, and entertaining to watch. While we found this on a whim, we have thoroughly enjoyed following Alan's life as a car dealer trying to make some profit. While it might not look like much, I urge you to give it a try.
Finally, a Reality Show that is enjoyable and fun!

So refreshing to see real people being down to earth and real! I think he is providing a great service by saving all these cars from rotting to waste and selling them for a reasonable price. He seems very resourceful and seems to love what he does! Love the animals on his farm too! Need more shows like this!

I and my husband really enjoyed this show, I looked forward to it every week. Lots of silliness and laughs not your typical car show which is what I loved most about it. My husband loves watching cat shows and our TV is usually on the Motortrend channel... this show caught my eye, Alan is an adult child just loves to have fun and your heart goes out to his best buddy Nick who just wants to make some money. I look forward to what Shenanigans and they get into next!
Modern Day Pop Larkin

Alan is like a modern Pop Larkin. This is the best car show I've seen in a while. It is gentle, fun and subtly hilarious. If you want to watch something to transport you away from all of the crap going on in the world, this is the show for you.
Alan lives on his terms and has a great time doing it. He shows us what life can be like when we don't put money before friends, family and our personal well-being. His friendship with Nick and his relationship with his wife and children speak well to his character.
Rather than Wheeler Dealers where Mike Brewer looks to screw people on both ends of the deal, Alan is more concerned with building relationships.
I am hoping that we get many more seasons of this show.

Definitely my new favorite show! Absolutely hilarious. I love how Alan is such a redneck hillbilly, because I'm exactly the same way. As many of these reviews say, this show is a breath of fresh air. It's good to see a show with real people living their real life. Love this show so much and I hope there's more seasons to come in the future!

I love the raw nature of the idea of making enough to get by, having fun with your family and friends, and keeping some old bangers on the road... the kind of things that others walk by ( I mean who likes micra's, and them French cars??!) and with a touch TLC help people get a cheap car , earn some beer tokens and fund a fun lifestyle.
The haters obviously are jealous that Alan and his circle of friends have a chilled fun lifestyle. I can't wait till the next season, and what a non covid restricted Cartright clan and do!
Bring them to the States and see what they can do there....

Alan is a moronic man child. If you like watching irresponsible lazy men wasting time and money....this is your show. Most people will watch this show and wonder how he gets by with so much poor judgment and wreckless decisions. God help his kids with such a terrible role model.
