still dumb
dollfacecrafter9 February 2022
Still dumb, but funnier than the first episode, I thought Marshawn was the best part of the show, the stuff he says was funny and if he just made it up as it went along, he was good, Will Arnett is way too over the top being annoying, maybe he is supposed to be that way ?? Not sure I am getting this show.

Not As Strong As E1
nebohr3 February 2022
Murderville S1 E2 "Triplet Homicide"

Just putting this out there: expect a few "MF" bombs.

My wife refers to this as "train wreck humor". This is the kind of comedy where you laugh and shake your head at the same time.

8-stars. Everything starts with an 8-star rating.

That murder board looks to be quite the mess, Senior Detective Terry Seattle.

Poor Great-Aunt Vivian. She spent the last 12 years wedged under the front seat of Terry's car. Apparently he'd forgotten that she was there.

Oh, my. Marshawn Lynch wants to change his name to "Bagabitch".

"Going to the city morgue is the toughest part of the job. Parking is terrible and they make you sign for a key to use the bathroom".

Morgue party. Wait. What?!

Since when do interrogation rooms have 2-way mirrors? Or do they? That's thinking on your feet, Terry. The suspect will never figure it out.

Tommy Tuxedo V2 new wave punk. Yeah!

The earpiece never works.

Warm gin and root beer. Yack.

That's not really a Dutch name.

At 26:38- you can see evidence of the monochromatic screen work around the hand of the actor who is standing (Charles).

Darn. We were wrong too, Marshawn.

E2 wasn't as strong as E1 but still deserves 8-stars.

Fun to see a non-actor
mycannonball2 March 2022
Marshawn Lynch held his own and it was fun that this episode mixed it up with a non-actor. That said, this felt more staged overall than other episodes. That's to be expected because Marshawn isn't an actor and not trained in improv, but it definitely felt less off the cuff and spontaneous. He had some funny one-liners though.

Still decent
Joshumms4 February 2022
Marshawn Lynch wasn't really as funny and it felt like the episode had to rely on all the other actors to be funny and it was overall less funny as a result. Will Arnett is still hilarious though.

Marshawn being Marshawn

Hands down the best episode of the series. If you know anything about Marshawn Lynch then you knew this episode was going to be good. He worked really well with Will and neither of them missed a beat.

Marshawn absolutely killed it!

Maybe the format isn't for you, but do yourself a favor and watch for marshawn Lynch. He made this episode! The supporting characters worked really well for this episode as well, but if you don't like improv this may not be for you.

Solid

Marshawn killed it, he did a great job of driving the humor in the episode despite the script. One of the best episodes of the series. Worth the watch for sure.

Getting better!
kjs116075 February 2022
First episode was rough but pilots always are until they find their groove. Marshawn cracked us up! He did a great job.

I really like the unique concept of the show and it's fun to see the actors play off the unexpected adlib of the guest stars.

So great

Wasn't sure after watching the 1st episode if I wanted to keep watching. The show was funny but not what I was thinking it would be, but episode 2 is absolutely hilarious! Marshawn Lynch was unexpectedly awesome! Someone needs to give this man his own show ! I can't remember when I laughed so hard.

Marshawn Lynch = Improv Genius
zach_g9421 February 2022
This guys is the funniest improv actor I've seen. Even the professionals on the show were struggling to keep up with him. He fully embodies the character and always had something to snap back with in every scene. HILARIOUS. This episode was good 👍

Marshawn makes this episode great
jimbt-9488013 March 2022
I though Marshawn was excellent in this episode, surprisingly a lot better than some of the other professional actors in this series. He didn't break character once and was naturally hilarious and real. The episode itself wasn't the strongest in terms of plot but Marshawn and Arnett were a great duo.
