The latest additions to the Final Destination 5 cast, also known as 5nal Destination (no, really), include Ellen Wroe (The Etiquette Ninjas), David Koechner (The Office), P.J. Byrne (Evan Almighty) and Nicholas D'Agosto (Fired Up).
Steven Quale (Aliens of the Deep) is directing, with Eric Heisserer (A Nightmare on Elm Street) responsible for the screenplay. Part 5 in the popular horror franchise sees the characters working on a corporate retreat and escaping the collapse of a bridge. As with the previous 4 Final Destination movies, the set-up will no doubt involve annoyingly stupid teenagers, innovatively dramatic deaths and a higher ick-factor than Piranha 3D.
Final Destination 5 is set to start shooting this month, with an expected 2011 theater release.
