The Cheddar Gorge section was filmed in freezing weather on 1st February 2021. Noo Saro-Wiwa had to put on an extra layer between takes. Due to the short days in February, the drone footage was filmed just as the sun was going down, with the crew only just being able to climb down from the gorge before it was pitch dark.
The crew had only 3 hours to film in the Natural History Musuem at the height of the pandemic in January 2021.
Quickly became the most-watched film on History Hit's streaming platform in February 2021 (according to tweets from Dan Snow).
