Not a bad watch.

Hobbo has a cunning plan to get Howard back home, and into Pearl's affections.

This wasn't too bad, but is the weak link in what's been a good, strong final series.

There are several recycled jokes here, including a dressed down Marina, and Howard and Marina being spotted by Pearl.

You can forgive them for giving us a daft episode, it's been a while, how on Earth did nobody recognise Howard, both Ivy and Marina are in dire need of an eye test.

Sibshaw, to my knowledge that's the first time we've heard that Howard and Pearl's surname is Sibshaw.

Hopefully it will pick up in the next episode. 6/10.

To get back into Pearl's good books. Hobbo gets Howard to dress up as a tramp. Even though Pearl knows that Howard is staying at Hobbo's and not living rough at all. Howard only spends about 5 hours in the wilderness each day.

So good is Howard's disguise no one recognises him, not even Marina. Even though he still has his moustache.

Meanwhile Toby also wants to get into his wife's good books. She sets the dog on him, Toby is surprised they never had a dog in the house. He complains to the two policemen but they are no help.

The final series has a running theme. Barry and Glenda dieting for an impending wedding they are invited to. Howard being thrown out by Pearl. Toby wanting to be reunited with his wife.

Hobbo works well with his eccentricities. In this episode he talks about why more men do not use tweezers on their eyebrows.
