This show does everything terribly.The voice acting is hilariously horrible.It is so obvious that one person was voicing all of the characters.If the voices are not enough,the lip syncing is just the same two or three slides over and over again.It looks like the voice actor was coming up with words,while he was recording.Plus,there was almost no animation at all or sound effects,it was all in black and white,and a lot of the animation wasn't good.Also,the opening credits to every episode starts with crazy laughing that everyone knows is not real and wouldn't ever sound real at all.And that's not the only thing that sounded fake.A lot of the screaming and complaining sounded fake,too.Don't waste your time or totally waste your time,because it can be so bad that it's good.It also passed the test that it can annoy everyone.This is why this show is really bad.

I actually have. This show has a low budget, like maybe 50 cents. The animation is very poor, it does not look like an animation it really looks like a pencil test. And all the animation is reused, like the frames are repeated in a loop, Ex: A fox has a boot that he squashes on the ground and its frames are repeated several times. The animation is not the only thing that makes this show awful its almost everything. The lighting is so bad. Like a frame gets too dark or too bright at times. It changes from Dark to Bright constantly. Also the lipsyncing is terrible. It doesn't even attempt to match what the characters are saying, speaking of characters, while the characters are decently designed, they look like they were stolen from a Disney Movie. On top of Disney, PhantomStrider said that Fantasia came out in 1940, ten years before this abomination did, and it had much better animation. I agree. The voice acting is atrocious. All of the voices are done by one guy!! ONE GUY I TELL YA!! ONE GUY!! HE ALSO DID EVERYTHING ELSE TOO!! HE DID THIS ENTIRE SERIES ALL BY HIMSELF WITHOUT ANYONE ELSE!! NOT ANYONE ELSE!! JUST HIM!! (Sigh) This is the lowest rated show possibly of all time... 9% of the users on Google liked it, meaning that like 91% of the people hated it, so... yeah... here on IMDB, it has a rating of 1.5 meaning it only got one star. Yup. One star. Thank god this show only had like what, two episodes?? Overall I give this show a 1/10 for the terrible pencil test-style animation, the voice acting which was only done by one guy, the lipsyncing which is very off, and the lighting. Paddy The Pelican is a very bad cartoon, I recommend you avoid this show like the plague.
