In this darkly humored story, a group of friends (Catarina Accioly, Bruno Torres, Juliano Cazarré and Delvinei Santos) make some reflections
on political corruption and try to find ideas on how to fight it, wheter by the public humiliation of a crooked politician, or even killing him.
It's all theories, of which they have some funny and also heated arguments, but the plot thickens when one member of the group actually goes
ahead with the plan and brings such corrupt man so they can "judge" him properly.
A nice story that makes us think about the problem of corruption in the political system and how each individual has a certain
approach with the issue, as those character firmly believe that even with laws created to punish wrongdoings and the people involved with it,
but such laws hardly ever work on society's favor. There's thrills and humor in the story, as the relationship dynamics reveal many inner
obstacles on the group (a couple where one of them has a lover) and a personal conflict of interests revolving one of them, all scenarios
that escalate the tension.
Greatly well-acted by the cast (most notably
Juliano Cazarré on his first film appearance and long before fame), all convincing young actors. The only problem was the flashback device to
present such story as most of the surprises are killed early on, and a linear structure would benefit the film a lot more. Worthy of view due to
the discussion created, the humor and the thrills of it all. 8/10.
