- In the level 1-4 level, If Yoshi attacks the twin Burt the Bashful bros. Then their pants will fall down and eventually will be naked. Their bodies will turn red and they both will literally die of embarrassment.
Violence & Gore

- Yoshi can be seen eating enemies and turning them into eggs. Also Yoshi can be seen throwing eggs at the enemies.
- If Yoshi lands in the lava, then his butt will get burned and he will fall down and die and lose a life. Also if Yoshi falls in the pit or touches the spikes, then he will die and lose a life.
