The Whale That Ate Jaws (2009)

If you've ever wondered who would win in a fight, a great white shark or a killer whale, then this documentary will pretty much answer that for you. Caught on video you can see a killer whale holding a great white shark above the water with it not fighting back. The video footage isn't the greatest quality but it's clear to see what's going on when a second camera shows up underwater and shows the whale eating the shark. From here experts try to figure out what happened and why since it wasn't known that a whale would go after a shark like this one did. For fans of sharks or whales, this is certainly an entertaining documentary running under a hour. I thought the most interesting thing was showing how sharks pretty much go into a coma whenever they're held upside down and we're given some good hunting information about whales and why they might have figured this out about sharks. The video footage isn't perfect but it's still interesting to see these two mammoth creatures going at one another and the impact this had on other sharks in the area.
