In the final scene when Crabtree and the Park family talk about a convenience store it's a reference to Kim's Convenience, a popular sitcom about a Korean-Canadian family that run a convenience store.
Although "Once Upon a Dream" featured in Sleeping Beauty in 1959 it was based on a far earlier work. It was adapted from "Grande valse villageoise" ("The Garland Waltz"), from the 1890 ballet The Sleeping Beauty by Tchaikovsky.
Uni Park (Mrs. Yoo) appeared in several episodes of Kim's Convenience.
