- With their album about to drop, Wickie takes career advice from a "normal." Dawn is alarmed by mysterious symptoms. Gloria tries to ignore thoughts about other women.
- Dawn, Summer, Gloria and Wickie have completed recording all the tracks for the album, proud of their accomplishment especially having done it on their own terms. The next steps are to decide what will be the first single, and for Tate to present the label's release plan, the four who have some ideas of their own on how best to market the album and themselves even before Tate mentions what he has in mind. In the process, Wickie is hit upon by Scott's proverbial "lunch lady" colleague from the school, Sheawn. Wickie decides to drop her "celebrity" only dating rule to go "basic" with Sheawn, solely for ulterior motives. Dawn, a hypochondriac at the best of times to which her family doctor, Dr. Cole, can attest, is feeling like she is coming down with yet another one of her self-diagnosed mysterious diseases, perhaps resulting from a release of the stress of what was album mode. Summer may inadvertently provide some more specific clues to Dawn about the nature of her symptoms. And Gloria and Caroline, feeling the need for some alone time without Gloria's father, decide it's time to buy a place of their own. Summer is able to convince them to use Kev as their real estate agent, he just having gotten into the business solely in the need to make money as he is living in Summer's basement. Kev may have a good idea about what Gloria is feeling in he believing he having gone through a different version of the same thing with Summer.—Huggo
