DON'T LET THEM FEED
nogodnomasters10 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
A coven of vampires move-in next door to Jude (Kevin M. Costello). Anastasia (Danielle Paccione) has designs to turn Jude because he reminds her of her boyfriend who died in WWI. The plot actually develops with a nice twist 15 minutes from the end, long after most people have turned off the DVD.

The film is low budget. The sound was uneven, cutting in and out with camera changes. The credits were annoyingly still running 15 minutes into the film, over top of it. The crowd noise at the bar was noticeably an old tape of generic restaurant noise.

The film had potential, but it seemed they just wanted to get things done fast and save money. They needed some dialogue and better tie-ins.

Guide: F-bomb. Nudity (Michelle Trasatti)

Please do not spend movie on this movie!

I love vampire movies and I've watched dozens from all decades, from silly to scary. (The original Fright Night is my favorite and I am not embarrassed to say I've seen it dozens of times!) But I lasted 15 min! Maybe it gets better? I realize this is an amateur video. But the cheesy script and poor acting were just too painful. Itsounded as if the actors didn't know their lines or just had done a high school play! (No, because in our high school plays, people knew their lines and sounded natural.) I could almost endure the poor sound and video quality; the premise sounded cute. But all those together make this Razzie quality. I am usually very benevolent and give higher than average ratings to all at IMDb. At least I saw on Amazon Prime! (Where is the 0 star button)?

Worse than amateurish

I like low-budget movies, especially those that manage to do a lot with very little. This one uses very little to achieve next-to-nothing.

I found the plot impossible to follow, as various shots seemed juxtaposed with no sense of continuity. Many, many scenes were horribly lit, giving them an overall muddy quality. And speaking of mud -- often, the dialogue was either so badly recorded that it was unintelligible (sounding as if the mic was in another room, or the volume of the banging, clanging soundtrack simply overwhelmed it.

Add in lackluster direction and a serious lack of acting talent and you really have a movie that's not worth seeing.

Avoid this one. Period.
