Where do I even start? The protagonist, Mark, is the most despicable character ever. He causes terror at home. He secretly LUSTS FOR HIS MOTHER. Yes, there's this Oedipus influence, executed horribly. He threatens the life of his professor at school. He violently assaults his sister's boyfriend in a way that he should be in jail. He sets up his mother to get RAPED-yes, RAPED. He murders two people and doesn't get caught. After all this criminal activity he gets away scot free from LAWFUL action. Suddenly after watching almost two hours of this mess, he redeems himself and becomes a Christian(in one of the sloppiest character arcs EVER), but still faces consequences in the end for all he has done.

Stupid Subplots include: a guy getting set up(by a girl) to be date raped by another guy, Mark fighting his father for who stays in the home(RIDICULOUS), a guy finding his ex-girlfriend and his current girlfriend are in a lesbian affair, and even a guy having sex with the woman that works for the phone company he's a customer of. THIS MOVIE IS HORRIBLE.

I may have made this movie sound "exciting" but it's so UNEVEN in the storyline and script I can only advise not to watch this or you may end up breaking your TV screen. I'm not even blaming the actors for most of this mess/and a lot of them were horrible also. This is bad writing. I can see the filmmaker wanted to show a change in the main character but the change was squeezed in at the end and it made no sense. Ok my rant is done...DO NOT WATCH THIS!

This here is a perfect example of why films don't make their main characters horrible people. Mark Fisher is an irredeemable psychopath who beats up his sister's boyfriend, kills 2 people, and watches his mother getting assaulted by a bunch of guys who got paid by him to do so. It also ends with a dying 2-year-old bleeding to death. So yeah, this movie can go into the trash.
