The car that kills Stephen Fry's character in the first scene is not a BMW as is mentioned later in the script by Sarah, but is a Ford Fiesta and belongs to one of the runners.
The film is set in May 2005. The film magazine that David reads in bed is dated May 2005, as is the calendar on the fridge in the kitchen.
Listed on LeedsGuide.co.uk as one of the top five films at the Aesthetica Film Festival.
The film is dedicated to Robert Knox and Nick Wood. Robert Knox was a young actor that director James Keaton worked with briefly on After You've Gone who was stabbed to death in May 2008. Nick Wood was the landlord of the pub The Whitesmith's Arms where the exterior pub scenes were shot, he died of cancer before the film was completed in 2010.
