Toward the end Hermann Göring states that Germany will have an atomic bomb by January 1946. This had no basis in reality. Contrary to what everyone thinks, the Germans never tried to build an atomic bomb. Göring would know this since he chaired the high level meeting in 1940 where the decision was made not to pursue any attempt to build one. The Germans did pursue theoretical research into splitting the atom, but all applied research was directed toward the possibility of generating electricity for civilian use, so that critically important petroleum would not be diverted from the military stockpiles.
