THIRTY MILES AN HOUR is a two minute public safety film about the dangers of speeding. It's notable for featuring the rubber-faced funnyman Richard Massingham, who often popped up in these 1940s shorts to help teach the public to mend the error of their ways. This one's pretty simple, and notable for featuring a cameo from a pre-stardom Dick Emery.
